Same as what everyone else has said already. They make it look like you’re getting a physical calendar but hide away within the website that it’s actually a poorly rendered digital download. It’s a shame really because in theory they had a great business idea only they let greed get the better of them by not providing the implied physical version. A scam.
Review of Nurosym
I've been using Nurosym for 6 months, and I personally find it great. I've tracked my HRV score for 3+ years; for someone my age, it was extremely low. The science would indicate that vagus nerve stimulation can increase HRV score. Low HRV can be an indicator of someone who leads a stressful life. As someone who does suffer from anxiety, I tend to agree with this correlation. In the last 6 months, my HRV score has risen by 20+% since I introduced Nurosym into my daily ritual. Statistically, my HRV is still low, and I'll continue to work on it by focusing on exercise, sleep and continued use of Nurosym. Still, ultimately, I view it as a positive introduction to my life and would highly recommend it.

Good, stable app with a nice community. There's work to be done in terms of its functionality. For instance, you can't yet pick a time that you want to complete a race distance at and have your training customised to, at least in theory, set you up to achieve that goal. I think AI will be the future of offerings within the space that Runna operates in whether they do it or a competitor. There will be future iterations of these apps that have an AI tool sitting on top that continually changes and upgrades your plan based not just solely on how you're training and the data gathered by Runna, but from other info gathered by platforms like Apple Health or Whoop etc.
