Shifter is the worst service ever. Looks like a scam
Shifter is the worst service ever! I ordered an apple pencil on January 6, 2023. Today is January 24, I still haven't received my order. The status is "shipped." I asked for a refund because I don't want to wait any longer. The customer service is just ignoring me. It looks like a scam. I really hope I can get my money back.
