Car broke down on first day. It was towed. I was told I can sit in tow truck for 3 hrs and drive back in fresh car (6hr journey) or I'm out of luck. I was told I would get full refund as i found alternate transport. After going back to Melbourne airport on day of rental return to get refund I was told the money was held on card and would not be deducted. 2 days later I get invoice for full price plus the cost to refuel when vehicle was towed. Lol. Stay away from these scammers I'm now taking legal action.
