Buyer be ware! Partial return policy even if defective.
Update: Finally received a response from them and they did not offer a return at all, just a partial refund for 6 of the 8 toothbrushes we ordered, stating they have not experienced any problems. Obviously they knew we would not be repeat customers so they had nothing to lose in not honoring a return policy.

We were so excited to find a natural tooth brush without plastic, however after just a few uses the bristles started coming out in our mouths. We had ordered 8 in total and contacted them about our concerns after using only 2, I was asked to provide pictures of my issue and I have still not heard anything back in over a month!

We do not offer returns on hygiene related products, for health reasons, as outlined in our refund policy (https://palanan.com/en-ca/policies/refund-policy).
According to our own policy, no refund was necessary, but we were happy to refund the unopened items because you wouldn't be using them, and the experience you had.
I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
