They were prompt with response and very kind. The package was wrapped securely and the Even asked if it made, it did. 10/10 would recommend for service alone. Their products are super cute too, perfect for that relative or friend that likes to collect odd things, or likes duck!

They were very nice. The duck arrived all the way to Texas in perfect condition and I can't wait for my step dad to open it on Christmas! Duck you very much! :)
