The delivery was handled terribly. The courier told the recepient the delivery will be the next day, even though I scheduled on the day he called. Then it magically got delivered on the day of, but the order looked horrible and completely did not match what I ordered. The flowers looked half dead, had a completely different color...then when I filed a complaint it was never answered. I asked for 50 percent refund, which is pretty fair in this case..but nobody did anything about the complain I issued. TERRIBLE service...will not use it or recommend it.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. COMPLETE SCAM. It's been over 9 weeks now that I'm waiting for my package to arrive. I have requested a refund, as at this point I'm sure it's not arriving and the tracking is a complete mess. They have been completely ignoring emails where I had asked for a refund. Don't waste your money and time on this.
