Platform is great. I really like and support the idea and practice of circular economy.
However, Vinted itself isn't customer friendly when you actually need their support. I purchased a pair of trousers described as 'new without tags'. When I received them, one of the hems is completely unraveled and requires sewing. The buy replied that she didn't realize that until now, but refused to pay for the return shipping. Despite 'Buyer protection', Vinted didn't step in to support. Robot replies a same answer.
This is first time that I ever needed a support from Vinted side and obviously buyer isn't protected and has to pay the price despite the false description.

Super fast delivery. Their products are in high quality at an extremely reasonable price. We bought a pair of high chairs last year and bought another pair. Highly recommend!

I received now second time from Trust pilot saying that Raw58 disagrees with my notes and I have to document to prove me. My experience is true and points 2 & 3 were based on facts! QR code did not work and manual was wrong. How on earth would any consumer keep the poor one paper of manual to document to Trust Pilot! I am really ridiculed by raw 58 to disguise a consumers feedback and hide them.


We bought Tøjstativ Luxas med hylde. The overall outcome became good and we are satisfied with how it looks in our room but there were a couple of major hiccups.
1) Sale/discount trick: their website says the offer ends in xx days. When the days are gone, new sale starts again even at a better offer. So don’t panic to order.
2) “manual” comes on a small paper with QR code. But the QR code doesn’t work. I wrote to them but no reply. In that case, you can search on google. Challenge with following manual on phone is that phone goes “off” while your hands aren’t really free during assembly.
3) crappy manual instructions: you have to extend the picture to figure out which connection parts belong to. Barely any detailed description.
4) the manual writes the screw to the wall is 6mm but it isn’t correct. The wall plug for screw is 8mm, which is a fundamental error.

I bought the brand’s cross bag at Neye about a month ago.

Less than a month of usage, sides that hold shoulder strap got completely broken. I went to Neye if it can be fixed but they cannot help as I no longer have the original receipt.
But I wouldn’t think about the need of receipt as I would never think the product will get broken in less than a month.

The quality is really bad and the product isn’t worth any money. Based on the product experience, I won’t be able to recommend the brand or rather actively not recommend due to the quality.

Even though it was ordered on the Black Friday weekend, it got delivered in a few days. Package was delivered in a minimum and easy opening packing while well protected and with a return label.

I purchased Brita water holder with filter. When I unpacked and finished cleaning it, I realized that one part of the water holder was damaged. I contacted customer service with worrying it is gonna be a long process to fix this..

But waiting line to be in touch with staff wasn’t long and the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I got the damaged one returned and received the new one within a few days. The smooth customer service gave me high trust in Coop shopping and I definitely recommend it.

Our family has been a loyal customer of Imerco for many years. But we are deeply disappointed that Imerco has not stopped selling Bitz products even when it was known that there was ongoing copyright case for many years.
As one of the biggest chain in Denmark, it should support Danish designs not support who just can copy and sell at a cheaper price.
Even though there were unfortunately not all products that got verdicts to recall at a court, Imerco should discontinue selling Bitz as it got verdict that they infringed copyright.

In the beginning it was pretty ok, but we got quickly tried of it.
We tried Kvikkasse which should take around 30 minutes but it usually end up taking minimum 45 minutes to one hour of two adults! It contains massive vegetables, maybe too much on the vegetables and way too less protein and carbohydrate.

Our family have tried many different companies and this is the best so far.
We love Asian food and it really comes with a variety of asian foods from Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Korea and many more. Taste is absolutely spot on!
It offers with good amount of vegetables and meat.
They come in a well sorted and ready sauce so it really takes only 20-30 minutes to cook a restaurant quality dish. We tried Kvikkasse from Åårstiderne but usually took two adults to cook 45-60 minutes, so it wasn’t not at all “kvik”.

The only thing that I can propose is that I wish they take the flamingo box back to be more environment friendly.
