Direct contact on apparent failure of delivery within proposed arrival date.
Delivery was over a week late.
A replacement order was put out free of charge, which arrived earlier than the original order, but within the same week.
I gave option to send the surplus one back, but was told to keep it or give to charity! How very upright ☺️. Bull Hansen would like that 😆.

Delivery at last!; which took 2 weeks, had me doubting it was a genuine purchase.

Disgusting company. Nova Direct use them as third party after taking your money for so called breakdown cover.
Yeah I broke down. Gears and clutch failed on me. Managed to take the car to a safe park, where the breaks failed on jolting, just to try and manouvre the car into a safe angle. The car jolted then rolled forward for all of a foot or so, very slowly crunching my front bumper into a large concrete block! They then call this as an accident!!! How pathetic!!! And so declined my claim!!!
I'm livid and would do anything to take out this disgusting company!!!

Review of Pro Breeze
I'm so glad I chose the Pro Breeze 1500ml.
I dry my clothes over two stands in the spair room. I live in an end terrace ground floor, four plex flat; gets very humid with no sun getting in, especially in winter.
This little mechanical sponge had gathered 300ml over just 24 hours, between my two bedrooms; that's without any clothes drying! It's done just about the same over 12 hours, with clothes drying. It quietly went about its job while I slept too; not an intrusive noise, nor blowing cold air everywhere. It's an ideal size for a two bedroom flat.
The flat was smelling damp, the air felt thick and dust mites were taking hold.
Now, the smell is lifting within a week, the air is fresher and I will now extract my carpets, knowing they will dry out quickly.
My window vents and room doors have always been kept open, to allow air circulation.
Incidentally, I use a stove fan on my living room storage heater, which works wonders at circulating the heat.
