We hired a skip and it hasn't been collected for 14 days now. This skip is actually blocking the next business and despite all pleas to have it collected, they still have not collected it. The helpline number, when you call it they say that they have no contact details for the team that schedules the collections, which is highly unbelievable for a business to operate like that. This is a clear breach of contract and I would advise others not to use this service at all because once you pay them in full to deliver the skip, you are left with no recourse to inforce for them to collect it. Working with Spoto trainers has been a great experience. They helped me understand technologies at a very deep level, which I required in order to pass exams. They are very patient in their approach, and where I wanted to give up, they encouraged me to carry on. I am glad I took their advice.

Second time this year buying service kits from this website. For someone who doesn't know much about cars, the service is great as it selects all the right things for your car (and my wife's car also!). Only once we got the rear brake pads wrong, but sending them back was so simple and we got refunded for it without issues. Now both cars are serviced and we driving happy, till next time!

I ordered wipers for my car online, at night. They were delivered the next day. I was truly impressed. I changed the wipers right away and now when it rains, I have good visibility again.

This is probably the worst customer service i have experienced, which has caused unnecessary anxiety and now perhaps even means no Christmas presents for my little kids. One week now trying to get my €500 card activated, and after at least 2 phone calls each day, where you are on hold for at least 20 minutes each, I have just about had enough. This gift has turned out to be a nightmare for me!

UPDATE:
I have now received my pin. The whole process of activating the card was a nightmare, otherwise this card is a great way to share the love over Christmas. I have upgraded my rating to a 3, otherwise would have been a 5 if the activation process was simple or at least if i wasn't kept in the dark.
