Really good service from Kingsize Ireland. I returned the jeans I purchased because of size issues however still wanted to leave review because of the delivery and return service being exceptional.

Only feedback I would give would be to include more details on jeans for example their fit type (regular, slim etc.) as this caused some confusion for me I bought jeans which were too big.

Other than that, brilliant service

Ordered oil which was delivered within 2 days of ordering. The express shipping is a no brainer as it's not that much more expensive compared to standard. Oil came well packaged and was taped all over to prevent any leaks. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend

I've been to my local Intersport Elverys store twice now and both time the experience has been exceptional. The store is nice and clean, the layout is beautiful.

Staff is phenomenal as well, very friendly and get the job done quick. I've also had dealings with their online customer service team recently and the rep look after my request was very courteous.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience and will continue to shop at my local Elverys store and have also recommend to people I know. Again, staff at the till are brilliant and I hope they continue to hire people like this.

Eason's is honestly brilliant. Placed 2 orders so far and both were delivered unbelievably quick (standard delivery) and in excellent condition. As an added bonus, the delivery was completely free! The prices of the books are also beyond fair and you're getting books in brand new, mint condition without any creases or marks.

Will be ordering again very soon and will continue to shop with Eason's online & in-store.

Ordered an iPad 9th gen and it was delivered in great condition - no complaints.

Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars would be because the product page didn't outline the fact that the iPad wasn't in stock (as was the case with a number of retailers across Ireland). Would have preferred if the product page just marked the iPad as out of stock as I would have a saved a ton of time this way. I did however receive an email from their customer care team approx. 2 weeks after my order was placed to advise that the iPad isn't in stock.

They gave me an expected stock date of Jan. '22 (item was delivered much sooner than this date) and also gave me an option to cancel my order. I deiced to leave my order open and shortly thereafter received my iPad.

A key takeaway for Compu b would be to have a system in place which updates their product page with the current stock levels regularly, as this will allow future customers to avoid delays as nowhere during the ordering process was i advised that the iPad wasn't in stock.

Other than this, I'm more than happy with my experience and will be using this company again.

Excellent company. Have ordered a few phones and they always arrive in good condition and my latest purchase came with 100% battery health even though it wasn’t a “Like New” device. Would recommend Swappie to anyone looking to purchase refurbished devices at a decent discount (compared to brand new phones).

Bought some Adidas trainers which were out of stock on every other website I found and the websites which did have my size, were charging the full price.

Bought my trainers from Zalando and saved about 30 euros and the trainers were delivered within a couple of days. High quality service and product. This was my first purchase from this company and it won't be my last. Highly recommended!

I ordered an office desk, was given a time frame of 21 w/days for delivery, desk arrived with 2 or 3 weeks. Assembly took a few hours but the instructions were on point, super easy to follow and the end product is amazing. The desk is robust and looks great. It will last years by the looks of it.

I paid 160 euro for my desk plus shipping, I checked the website again a week or two later after my purchase and the the same desk was on sale for 125 euro, got in touch with their customer service team on chat regarding their Price Guarantee and I was issued a Jysk voucher on my email within a few minutes. Cannot fault the products, prices or the customer service this company has provided.

The items I ordered with my voucher also arrived within a week and all look great and are high quality. Really happy with my overall experience.

You pay very little for you get, the quality is by far the best I've seen and the low cost of the products make them an absolute bargain. Definitely a go to shop for someone looking to purchase high quality goods at unbeatable prices. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 items worth over a 150 quid. Got 1 item delivered on 28/10 and the delivery note said the other item was out of stock and i'll get my refund in 3-5 working days. Waited 5 working days, no refund still. Sent an email off to customer care and got advised by a rep that no refund was logged and she logged it for me on 04/11 and gave me a time frame of 24h for the refund. Waited 48 hours just to be sure, no refund. Emailed em again and got told sorry but the refund will take a further 3-5 working days (still not sure why the delivery note had a time frame of 3-5 working days on it?). Waited 5 w/days but yet again no refund for an item i never got, they need to update their system to mark items OOS on the website to prevent purchases for items which their warehouse doesn’t have! Horrible online experience. Been shopping in there UK stores since primary school, never had issues in there Irish stores either. Due to covid had to buy stuff on their website, big mistake. Will be sticking to in store purchases after the lock down.
