THIS IS HIW THEY GET YOU THEY CLAIM WE DAMGED A DOOR PILLAR YET PHOTO A TINY SCRATCH IN THE ROOF WHICH WAS ALREADY THERE THE CAR HAD EXISTING DAMAGE ON PRETTY MUCH EVERY PANEL THE ALSO SAY WE SCRAPED AN ALLOY WHEEL ON A KERB WE ONLY PARKED IN THE GARAGE AT THE HOTEL (no kerbs) THEY HAVE NOW BILLED US €900 FOR A SCUFF ON A WHEEL AND A SCRATCH BOTH OF WHICH WHERE THERE PRIOR.
IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF HIRING FROM HERE OR WALKING BARE FOOD OVER BROKEN GLASS AND HOT LAVA I WOULD STILL NOT HIRE FROM HERE
WE HIRE CARS ALL OVER EUROPE AND MANY TRIPS TO ITALY I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE WHEN WE COLLECTED THE CAR THE GUY IN FRONT OF US ORDERED A MID SIZE FOR 3 Pers PLUG LUGGAGE THEY GAVE HIM A FIAT 500! THEY WERE TRYING TO GET HIM TO UPGRADE FOR EXTRA COST

Stovax/Gazco the biggest name in the industry now running as it should
Can’t fault the service even during lockdown, other than stock issues that all the manufacturers have had to endure due to the pandemic, somehow the Gazco team manage to assist and advise with all supply deadlines
From Holly in the office to Steve on the road offering great service and honesty when things need to change
The range of products available at Gazco is vast and coupled with the quality casting of the Stovax side of the company the quality is second to none
