I need to point out how great their english speaking consultants are, nice, friendly and helpfull.
I was talking to Sebastian and Saska and they navigated me patiently and have been really helpfull. I would always recommend this part of TK service to people who are not sure in their german speaking skills.

I have sent a package thru Deutsche Post Filiale 553 in Hamburg on 07th of September to Toronto-Canada. The status of package still says it is in Frankfurt now for 20 days already. When I went to ask the people In the Post office today where is my package as the status didn't change for 20 days they have said it arrived in Canada already, but by the status it didn't. Basically they don't have a clue, they don't won't to help and on top of all that they are lying to customers. So then I rang some number that they gave me under pressure and the guy said that the package needs to travel for 5 weeks, although when I gave the package for sending they said it travels 07-10 days. Really really unprofessional.
