Review of Arsenal Direct
Wanted a girls shirt but only men's available.
Site states they 'come up small' so order a larger size.
Order a larger size, but too big.
Order a smaller size - perfect.
Return larger size but rejected as 'personalised'.
'Personalised' means keeper name on keepers shirt.
So now £100 out of pocket and a large shirt I don't want. Will likely never buy direct from Arsenal again.
Review of OneFamily
Withdrawal process was very quick and easy, but value of plan after paying in for 18yrs was terrible.
Would have been better off in a regular bank account.

Review of Jones Bootmaker
Boots seem okay, but the BS sales tactics by the older supervisor-like women in the Bluewater shop - that Jones’ leather is uniquely special and only the overpriced tin of special stuff can protect them - was a bit too much.
Felt bad for the young lady serving us and wouldn’t go back based on that experience alone.

Review of Karndean Designflooring
Grossly overrated. Went from Amtico to Karndean and regret it. Joins not good, rising by the doors (sun), drop a plastic cup and you get dents - just not good quality.

Thanks for leaving your review - we are concerned to hear your feedback, as our install guides should give all the information needed to ensure that the flooring has enough room to naturally expand and contract in differing temperatures. With regards to dents, this shouldn't be the case but depends on the type of accident that has occurred, however would suggest asking your fitter to see if this plank can be replaced. Better to stick with a customer friendly small garage. Had two new branded (so pricey) tyres 27th May 2022 for a ‘new’ secondhand learner car. Did very little driving (325 miles) before noticing lost pressure on one tyre. Contacted them 11th August and their response is that I have to buy a new tyre.
So could be okay if everything goes right, but if not I’m afraid there service is simply atrocious. Avoid.

Review of Web Blinds
Replaced some brown blinds with some white blind - exact same.
But the bleedin’ fittings were different and worse...
And it took ages to arrive.
