Absolutely fantastic service, especially by Jasmine. Jas took her time with my little boy to get the right shoes to fit & I felt like I wasn't rushed. Jas had great customer service and was great with my son. We managed to find two pairs of shoes for him and got a great discount on the second pair.

I pre ordered a game on the 12th of November and Dez was very helpful. Dez checked on the shelf and on the ipad for the game and he also checked to see if there was any in stock and in the store cupboard and there wasn't so Dez ordered me the game online for it to be delivered to the store. 
I came into the store today (19th) and yet again he was very helpful again, checking on the ipad to see if the game had arrived and then getting me the game. I thought on both occasions, this was great service and I felt Dez went above and beyond. A great service and a real credit to the Entertainer shop.

Two great guys who delivered the sofa this morning in Macclesfield. Both guys were friendly with plenty of smiles especially at 9 in the morning. They put the sofa together for me and were quick and efficient and asked if I was happy with the sofa on where it was before they left. Amazing guys who make a great team together.
