When I miss placed a part for my bread maker (my fault) I called the NZ customer service centre about a replacement part. The customer care, support and willingness to help me out was A+ and the part arrived at my door in less than a week. After sales customer care is Excellent and as a result they will be a go to option for anything I’m buying in the future. A+ company here

Have been good in the past but now selling old stock products that are so close to expiration it will see half thrown out. Product shipped this week has same batch number and expiration date as the same product ordered over 12 months ago, they are forcefully dumping old product on consumers. Customer service rude, their excuse is that they do not legally have to tell customers if a product is close to expiring. I will not be using this dishonest company again.

When products did not arrive Charles went above and beyond to ensure that I was supported with quality products. Great Service and Great Support
