Awful. Made a mistake entering my booking details. Called customer service within 30 econds of making the booking and told it would be recitified. Was told twice that an agent would call me back. They did not. Got an email 48 hours later, after the booking had passed, despite being informed in the website and communications they have a 24 hour SLA. They told me I had made a change request, I had not. They failed to apologise and acknowledge for the incorrect information sent to me. Avoid.
