I’d been a bit worried about UV protection for my niece and wanted to make sure her eyes were properly protected in the sun. We’re so happy we found Mini Rays. The quality is fantastic, they’re durable and actually stay on, and she loves wearing them. She also looks very cool!

It’s nice having that extra peace of mind knowing her eyes are protected, especially on really sunny days. We ended up buying another pair for my nephew as well. Would definitely recommend!

Dealing with VHI has been an infuriating experience. They routinely reject legitimate claims based on flimsy, often nonsensical reasons. Every step of the process is deliberately convoluted — endless forms, repeated requests for the same documents, and vague communications designed, no doubt, to wear you down in the hope that you'll give up and go away. It's a masterclass in obstruction.

It feels less like an insurance provider and more like a bureaucratic maze built to protect their bottom line, not your health.

Save yourself the stress. Don’t waste your time or money on VHI.

worst customer service I have ever experienced and are refusing to refund my missing order! Will never buy from this brand again

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Hugo missed part of my order and made me jump through hoops to replace seriously make me reconsider buying from the brand.

Use gymshark a lot my most recent I returned 3 items it took me over a month for the items to be processed as returned. I was then notified that it would take another 10 working for the money to be returned to me. Refund came today and they refunded the incorrect amount. This is shocking service genuinely would turn me off the brand and make me very wary of future purchases.

I ordered incorrect item and there was no problem with the return really great service. Reordered the correct and was shipped the next day tracked. Highly recommend will use again.
