VILE IMMATURE BULLIES
I’ve never been treated so disgustingly in a store by staff members. I was with my little sister and her friend shopping, found an outfit I liked but not in my size. When I went to ask a staff member for another size all three were huddled around the fitting room. They said the skirt was on sale and when I said it wasn’t (which it wasn’t) they said well now it is. Walking away with my sister I said that I didn’t blame my friend for leaving. To which the staff imitated me, in attempt to mock me. At around half 8 I went back after not finding anything elsewhere (as shops were open till 9). The two main doors were closed and one was open. I walked in and asked whether they were still open and was firstly ignored. I asked again to which a member of staff asked me what the time was but my phone was in my bag so said I wasn’t sure. She got out her phone looking back and forth between it and her bare wrist pretending she had a watch on and then told me the store was closed and started laughing. I walked outside to check online what time they were open till and it said they closed at 9. Another member came out and told me that they were in fact open so I questioned as to why the other member blatantly lied to which she couldn’t respond. The staff member who imitated me proceeded to strut over to me and said “by the way (my friends name) didn’t leave she was fired” and walked away laughing. A heated argument arose between myself and Lucia the staff member to which every member of staff including the manager laughed at. I was told to leave the store to which I said no as two members of staff had instigated something and management had encouraged this. I picked up two items totalling to £67 and went to the till to pay. The manager asked me if I was paying card to which I responded yes and then told me “you can go over there” pointing to self checkout. I assume this was in the hope of me not being able to remove the tags to give them something further to laugh at. When leaving a staff member laughed in my sisters face to which my sister questioned it. Bare in mind my sister is 15 years of age. Absolutely DISGUSTING and judging by my tiktok hundreds of girls have been treated the same way.
