**Box never arrived and customer service ignored me**

I ordered a Lookiero box and paid the £10 styling fee. My delivery was due by 3 September, but it never arrived, and I have received no update or explanation.

I have tried contacting customer service several times and have also attempted to raise the issue through their review system, but I have received no response whatsoever.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of communication\. I would not recommend Lookiero based on my experience.

Ordering the samples was fast easy, got what we needed in a quick time. Only one small thing possibly could do with some bubble wrap between each tile because when we opened them there was loads of tile shards which had broken off the tiles and subsequently fell out the packaging and onto the floor.
