Sam at ftduk was a great help. Returned my stuff without any issues and even sent a returns label. Swapped my items for the wychwood pit reels, tested them out yesterday and they performed great. Cast 150m with a 2oz lead no problem, unfortunately I didn’t get to play a fish with them but I’m sure they’ll be up to the job

Ordered an electric scooter due to be delivered on the 22nd in time for Christmas, paid for next day delivery. Turned up 8 days late, tracking number didn’t work customer service almost non existent. My son went without his Christmas present and only offered 10% discount in way of compensation. Truly awful service I will never order from here again and I will never forgive them
