This was the 3rd time we worked with Teglovn regarding buying property and again everything was as smooth possible. Much recommended.

Ordered a lamp early September and Elum charged my card immediately with 300$. They have also started the delivery within a few days, but then something went wrong and the lamp was sent back from the Chinese customs to its origin somewhere in China. I contacted Elum and they re-shipped the same product again, that was sent back from the customs again. I was sending emails every second day, calling them and hardly got any useful response for over 4 weeks now. They do not respond anymore, do not try to deliver my lamp and do not refund my order.
I tried to look up some kind of company information, but it turned out there is no company name, address or registration number in any of their documents (order confirmation, terms and conditions, privacy policy)
I advise everyone NOT to ever buy anything from Elum!
