Costumer support number doesn't work, automatic reply saying "we are overloaded" wonder why. Driver doesn't call when arriving at destination and just returns package. No way to change delivery address within 3km myself. Website tracking is down. App tracking works but shipping notification updates are 30m delayed. Please go bankrupt already so the places I buy from switch to DHL.

Both app and SMS says "Last day to collect parcel is 1/6". I show up at store to collect my parcel on the 1/6 and check the app and then it says it was returned today 15 minutes before the store even opened. I call customer support right after and they confirm the error on their part. They claim there is nothing they can do to undo the return of the international parcel before it leaves Sweden. They give no compensation for shipping cost nor any reason why this error happened. A 7 year old who has a date to turn in their homework can read a calendar better than these incompetent government employed idiots. I will choose DHL every time I have an option over PostNord and I will lower my review of any company who forces me to pay these guys to ship my packages. Usually works decently hence not 1 star.

Order doesn't show up in my account page. No order number included in Order Confirmation e-mail. Customer support can't change the size of an item 10 minutes after the order was placed nor cancel the order.
