Still have not put it together yet mainly because I asked for links to videos to do so. I guess I got your attention from the first 1 star review which is why I got a fast reply to it but since nothing even after sending two emails. I hope this isn't a sign of poor customer service going forward since I gambled on buying this brand in the first place.

I enjoy the products but you never seem to be able to keep them in.
