I abandoned a major ISP for Andrews and Arnold (upon recommendation) and was initially rather nervous - firstly because of my advanced years and secondly because of my lack of tech skills AND my advanced years. I am glad to report that my fears were unfounded - A&A are always at the end of a telephone for kindly help and emails are answered promptly. In terms of broadband performance, A&A is every bit the match of the "Big Boys" if not better. I have a couple of very minor niggles but those in no way detract from an impressive overall performance.

I contacted JosephJoseph with feedback on an out of guarantee item which continued to give good service but an item which had become “shabby looking”. Holly replied to my initial email and followed that up with a telephone call. She went to great lengths to explain why our item had become as it has and concluded by offering us a discount voucher against an item of our choice.
The whole episode was expertly handled and left me feeling that my concerns had been properly listened to.
Holly explained the whole ethos of the company and the importance of customer feedback.
Conclusion? First class response to and treatment of customer feedback.

Ordered my item one day and it was ready to collect immediately. Went to collect and was in store about three minutes. Excellent!
