Excellent wines. Super fast dispatch. Just one issue: 12 bottles sent to a shop for pick-up kilometres away when I wanted delivery at home. System did not let me change delivery address for some reason.

In the last 3 orders I made the dispatch is always late. There is always ‘a reason’. Then I am send discount vouchers for a percentage - anything from 15 to 30 percent - Once literally before a site wide discount of 30 percent! - And told that there’s a date limit on it. No matter how wonderful the clothes are, the service is an important part too

Loved the speed of delivery but why not email to advise departure and arrival? I thought I hadn’t ordered anything 😳

Gatwick branch (way out at the Crowne Plaza) is shocking in its unprofessionalism. Staff fighting between themselves (and between cigarette breaks, which are non stop). All cars I was offered were damaged. Excess cover is beyond ridiculous: I was asked for 165 pounds and then they 'found' a lesser offer of 135 and then 116! The car itself was much less. My card has been debited FOUR times. Twice when I booked and twice when I took the car. All agencies I have ever rented from put a hold on the card when you take it but do not debit it. Easirent are special.

I waited a whole hour after my arrival at Gatwick for the Crown Plaza bus to arrive. Nobody answers the phone. Then another 25 minutes to arrive. On the way back I was told I had to wait 40 minutes for the bus to arrive to take me to the terminal. So I just rented a taxi. This is a professional scam and I wish somebody had written what I have written and that I had read it.
