I've used Hostgator for at least 10 years, and they've been great! They've also improved a lot as the years go by. I did notice that the prices of the plans went up sharply in the last couple of year though, although that's the same for everything these days. I'm leaving them mostly because I want to go to a European provider, of which there are some very nice options these days. I moved to Swiss based Infomaniak, which is also a lot cheaper as it happens.

Nearly €300 less and very new - not a mark on it.
As advertised the macbook air I bought was a lot less than the normal price. It arrived in just one day and was very neatly boxed and wrapped. There were also no marks atall on the bottom, which they do say is possible. Very happy with the machine. Thank you!

Apollo have always had amazing customer service. They respond quickly and have an amazing amount of detailed knowledge of their products considering how many products they have. They go to further to help you than many companies would. Plus their prices are some of the best in the Netherlands. I almost feel guilty asking them for help sometimes because they're so nice about it. I'd hate them to think I was taking advantage of them. But I promise, I'm not :-).
