Good Enough, not exceptional.
The team did a good enough job. Most things went as planned. There was limited personalisation and given that we had 2 RVs and went for a month, not much effort to understand what was important to us or where costs could have been easily trimmed.
A number of our cancelled activities ended up being available so we rebooked on our own (albeit at a higher price due to the late nature of the rebook with no multi experience discounts)
This was the second time we used Authentic. The first time we gave a 5 star review so were left luke warm this time.

We’re glad to hear that most things went as planned, though we’re sorry to learn that you felt there was a lack of personalization. Given the time zone difference with you being in Australia, all your exchanges with Alyssa were conducted via email, which may have limited some of the interaction. However, please know that you can always request more personalized options, and we are here to assist with that.
Alyssa informed me that she made every effort to find RVs that were even more affordable than what was originally requested, and she succeeded in doing so.
Regarding the cancelled activities in Jasper, these were unfortunately cancelled due to the wildfires in the area. We weren’t aware that they became available again and that you were able to rebook them independently. We will ensure to improve communication with our partners so that we are promptly informed of such changes in the future.
