Went into the shop in William street limerick a member of staff help me order a Liverpool away shirt and a home one he said they would Be delivered on Monday but I only got the home one no message or email saying why so I rang ye and the lady gave me a complete refund and 10% off my next order online but I was disappointed I didn’t get what I originally ordered and I just couldn’t understand how ye could have them in dublin stores but couldn’t have one for someone who had already payed and I couldn’t even wait for it to come back in stock and then get it from a customer point of veiw that makes no sense and makes me feel like my shopping experience with ye isn’t worth the hassle surely make life easier for us is what it’s all about

I got my husband a Large Munster jersey …

I got my husband a Large Munster jersey but it didn't fit so when I went in to exchange it for extra Large because the two of us had tickets for the match that night but the shop assistant said sorry we don't do exchanges today or tomorrow it is company policy they cannot
do it until the 28 it made my blood boil,Me and anyone in my family will never shop in Lifestlye sports again my husband gave the jersey away lifestyle sports when I complained just said that's our policy and it's online treat your customers like this is no way good enough end of Who ever makes these policy's has only one thing in mind shafting the customers over Christmas
