Canceled my reservation and no refund.

I paid 500€ for a car. They emailed me to let me know they changed the car with a different one as the one we rented was not available. Then they emailed me after a week telling me that the reservation was canceled. They did not refund me and they cannot tell me when the refund will be made. Still waiting on that and looking for ways to get the money back faster.

First off they changed the car we initially rented with a different one.

After a week after they changed the car they decided to completely cancel our reservation due to lack of availability. How is that possible since we already reserved a car... Very unprofessional. Will never rent a car from them again.
