My daughter rented a car from Avis in Guelph, Ontario. She had a flat tire on the highway, 3 hours from Guelph. CAA came to change the tire for her and there wasn’t a spare tire in the car. They told her to buy a new tire and they would reimburse her for it. Now, she cannot get the money from them, so she asked for the tire back since she paid for it, it was hers. They have evaded her, lied to her, been extremely rude to her - the dealership as well as the people in their head office.

Ordered some massage flip flops. They arrive in good time, very well made, and great colours. Customer service was excellent.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of XL linen pants and received an XL and an XS. I went through the hoops of sending photos of the pants overlayed, then was asked to send photos with measurements, then was asked to send a photo of the size labels….so they could determine if there was a sizing problem. It was clear from the first photo that one was significantly smaller than the other. Then I got an email with GREAT NEWS! I could keep or donate the size that didn’t fit and they would send me another pair of the correct size - however, I had to pay the shipping for them. I questioned why I had to pay shipping for their mistake, and, of course, have not heard from them since. Not only that - the material is flimsy and workmanship poor. There is no redeeming quality in this company/customer service. Shop somewhere else.

Company is amazing to work with. Best Customer Service anywhere. Every item of seafood they sell is fresh, and extremely high quality. We especially love where they source their product. During this political clash with the US we especially love that it’s a Canadian company that does not use US suppliers. Will not purchase seafood in a grocery store ever again!

Larry’s Catch is the best company I’ve ever dealt with, for so many reasons. Not only is their product amazing, their prices reasonable, their emails providing information helpful and their recipes delicious - their customer service is without compare. Outstanding in all categories of a business model.
I strongly recommend this company for your seafood purchasing. They are so supportive of their customers.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered coasters with my photographs on them. It’s amazing how they turn out. I will order from the again and let everyone know that they are a wonderful company to deal with and have an amazing product. Everyone who sees our coasters love them. Thank you, Art On Stone!

Received 2 broken items. Received an email from “Olivia” asking me if the product was ok and to reply to her email if I needed any help with anything. I replied and sent pictures of damaged pieces and, of course, never heard back. I followed up on my email and again, no response. I usually google companies before I purchase. I dropped the ball on this one. I don’t recommend dealing with this company.

Excellent product. Great recipes. Amazing customer service. Nothing but greet things to say about the people and the products in Larry’s Catch. Highly recommend.

Although it’s very nice it’s too small and flattens my hair. I bought one that has a large size bonnet and in the morning my hair has the same volume as when I went to bed. It also has ties so I can adjust the tightness of it. It doesn’t leave a mark on my forehead from elastic. As well, it’s excellent quality and substantially less expensive.
For those reasons I cannot give any higher than 2 stars.

Such an easy and pleasant company to deal with - exceptional customer service. The trivets I ordered from a picture I took turned out beautifully. Excellent material and true colours. I strongly recommend purchasing these unique coasters and trivets from them.

The product is amazing. It’s very pricey, especially for Canadians. We have to pay the exchange and there is never free shipping no matter how much the order is. Inspite of that, the products are so great we buy it anyway.

My order arrived in a timely fashion. Product works well and is reasonably priced. Buying from Canada drives up the price with exchange and shipping.

Some product is of poor quality and does not do what it claims it will do. Some product is amazing - i.e. the knee brace. One great things is that refunds on orders cancelled by the company are issued so quickly the charge doesn't even show up on your credit card.
