Fast shipping, good oranges. Everything as expected.

The parts were received as expected, so all good there.
My issue is with the shipping. There's basically no prediction about the estimated delivery date and time with GLS. It's shown in transit until they're almost at the door. At the level tech is today, this is not admissible. Others show you almost real time where the delivery truck is and they also give you an estimation of the delivery date when the order is placed. I think Autodoc has some work to do as far as shipping options are concerned.

All arrived in good order, only it took a relatively long time for the parts to be delivered. Nine days for a set of sparkplugs and a set of sparkplug wires to be delivered is too long. Parts were listed as in stock and Belgium is not at the antipodes. I don't know why it took so long.
Other than that all good!

Great customer support and fast delivery. It was really the next day in the house as advertised.

Got my tires quickly. Everything as expected.
Only the packaging was not good. The plastic wrapping wasn't sturdy enough and it got ripped during shipping.
