Horrible service
They don't allow to add a luggage, they canceled my return flight and did not provide any explanation, nor any switch possibility. "Your whole trip has been canceled" WITHOUT any written reason!
just deal with it. Horrible service.
I know there was an available flight the days after, they took 2 weeks to reply to my requests and still said they could not change the booking. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The title is totally misleading
The title is totally misleading. The tickets bought are simple normal ticket of the value of 25$. The are NOT the FLEX ticket sold at 40.
This is very misleading. Otherwise the price was good, and we enjoyed that.
