Easy to navigate website with excellent search/filter options. Very wide range of products available at very competitive prices. I purchased a set of Callaway XR clubs and got them way cheaper from express golf than I could from any other online retailer. Add in free next day delivery and what’s not to like about this entire experience. 5/5, will definitely be returning for more bargains and great service in the future.

Just bought my second high end bike from Tredz and cannot fault the service. Very competitive pricing and extremely quick delivery, despite buying during the mad Christmas/New Year period. I have also bought various other cycling accessories, most lately a Garmin bike computer which again was brilliantly priced and despite taking only standard delivery received my delivery the next day.
Whenever I am looking for anything cycle related Tredz has been my go to site for a few years now and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

I purchased a new bike from Tredz and all seemed well. I received online notification of my purchase backed up with an e-mail confirming my purchase. 2 days after the purchase I went online to track my order to find a notification advising there was an issue with my order and to contact Tredz. After discussion with one of their staff it transpired that I and another both purchased the same bike online at the same time. As the other customer completed check out seconds before myself the bike was allocated to them. I would have though, technology being as advanced as it is, this sort of thing couldn’t and shouldn’t happen.
Anyway, I was fortunate enough to find another bike that Tredz had in stock and in my frame size which matched my needs and it came in at the same price too, very lucky.
As a good will gesture Tredz gave me a set of pedals to match my bike.
Tredz use TNT for their deliveries and my bike was despatched with next day delivery service. Unfortunately TNT did not live up to that promise and it was two days later I received my bike. The bike was fully built, and well packaged. All that was required was to set the handlebars, fit the pedals and I was good to go. Having been out on the bike several times now I am delighted with my purchase.
Despite the disappointment following the initial purchase Tredz resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I will definitely purchase from Tredz again in the future.

Very speedy delivery (next day) using DPD courier service who provided me with a 1hr delivery window. Will definitely return to this retailer for future motorbike related purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for motorbike gear. Top class.

Bought a spin bike from Armadadeals and got it for a great price. Bargain actually. The transaction was pain free and communication from them was great. Only thing that let the experience down was the delivery company they used. I was able to track the delivery and could see from the link provided that Tuffnells (the courier) had my delivery but seemed to be holding on to it. I contacted them gave them my details and order number including tracking details however they said they could not deliver it as they had to confirm the delivery address with the supplier. After 3 days I contacted them again and this time they advised me the telephone number they had for the supplier was incorrect and they were unable to contact them and so would be unable to deliver my item. After an e-mail to Armadadeals they sorted it and I eventually got my delivery. No thanks to the courier. If it were not for the courier issue this would be a five star rating.

I used chainreactioncycles.com to purchase a new Turbo Trainer. Turbo trainer supplies are seriously limited at the moment but they had several in stock to choose from. I used the live chat facility to confirm stock and delivery and it worked very well.
Transaction went as expected and the item was delivered within 48 Hrs of purchase. Would recommend and will purchase from this site again.

Absolutely first class online retailer. I purchased a direct drive turbo trainer from their website on 28 December and it was delivered on 30 December. Free delivery and with me less than 48hrs later at one of the busiest times of year, I’m super impressed.

I took insurance with Booking Protect when I recently entered the Caledonian Etape Road Race. Unfortunately, I was admitted to hospital the week before the event and following a surgical procedure was unable to take part in the event. I made a claim through Booking Protect. The process was simple, straight forward and very quick to complete. After submitting the required documents my claim was approved and my entry fee refunded to my bank account, all within a couple of days. A brilliant service and one which I will definitely use again and will be recommending to friends.
