Worst company ever!! Living in Sweden where we have a special extra cost during day time when using electricity. This extra cost is almost 50% of the electricity price. So when my iHomeManager (an advanced AI modul) for 4700 SKR about 400 punds from Sungrow loads my batteries it appears that they don't have/use this parameter in the modul. So after 6 months several attempts from the electrician and from the retail seller with no results i at last today got the answer from Sungrow tru the retail seller that this parameter is going to funktion after a upgrade that will be in a few days (apparently)!!
Sungrow are selling a faulty product on the Swedish market that doesn't work!!! The Sungrow homepage looks like you come to heaven and on and on again says that they have excellent costumer service that I tried to contact at lest 10 times tru different ways with no results.
And on top on this misery that cost so much time for all of us this have costed me 10000 SEK extra when my batteries have tru the iHomeManager got electricity when it costed the most..

Hade bråttom med att få beställningen och betalade ytterligare 80kr för att få beställningen snabbare. Efter 1 vecka åkte vi iväg utan att ha fåttsakeena - så dåligt. Kommer välja annat inköpsställe nästa gång!

Har alltid varit smidigt och fått betalt.

Allt jättebra och fick uthyrd lgh på 24 Hej. Det jag önskar vara bättre är utformningen av hyreskontraktet som är utformat i det enklaste laget. Men duger.

Vi köpte Ittala 27 cm vas som av någon anledning sprack men vi fick inte en ny från butiken på MOS.Jättedåligt då vi var säkra att vi inte haft sönder den. Otrevligt bemötande på butiken.

Allt fungerade bra

Det står märkt att det är frostsäker marockanskt klinker men alla i branschen säger att det inte finns. Har dock fått garanti på detta från Tiles R Us så utgår från att det ska vara klart.
