When the item arrived I found it impossible to find a fitting that would fit to any quick disconnect, I also removed the fitting and the size to fit the nozzle is metric. I couldn't fine any metric fittings. I had to re tap the nozzle to accept a 1/2" American thread. There is no reason why you would send a metric quick disconnect to the USA, The average homeowner will be unable to use that. I found it to be a waste of my money. Very unhappy and disappointed.

My experience started off terrible. I chose to pay via Pay Pal but the order whet through but never went to the company. My card was charged and then credited. I reordered the same item and it was a perfect order and went through. The webpage is extremely user friendly and super easy to use. I guess it was a glitch in the system. Great and easy company to do business with.

great company to do business. their website is very user friendly and the customer service is extremely knowledgeable. I called and was guided to the correct item I needed to replace the one that I had. The replacement part fit perfectly and works fine. thank you for your help.

What a fantastic product. Makes a wonderful cappuccino. tried several brands all different costs. This is by far the best yet.
