He and the whole crew over there go above and beyond to explain every detail of the purchasing process. Ken was expertly informed in all aspects of owning precious metals. He thoroughly educated me in all aspects of the metal trade, much of which I wasn't aware of. I was never rushed, he clarified all the special language used in the industry, always kind and respectable, considerate of my time, and always available with any questions. Without any hesitation I would recommend Preserve Gold to all my family and friends.
