Disappointed with the delivery

Disappointed with the delivery. Product clearly dropped by DX their so called expert delivery courier. £25 compensation provided. Gas bbq already put together before damage seen. Now got to live with it. Quality of product also questionable.

My daughter ordered an xbox x over 1…

My daughter ordered an xbox x over 1 month ago but received an xbox s. Despite several emails it was unclear what we should do. Eventually we were told to return it with a letter stating what we wanted. This was well over a week ago and still no acknowledgement that it has been received or what they are doing to send us the correct version. During this lockdown it was supposed to help my daughter to get through it. A month has now past with nothing and we feel they have stolen our £300+

Come on game, everyone else is still giving good service apart from you. I don't want to even give you 1 star.
