bought the 3D-printed PIP plastic to fix my defective Scuf Reflex pad on the R2 &L2 buttons. After snapping off the useless stock plastic, the part glued and fit perfectly. Shipping was faster than expected. I'm glad they could supply me with the part. I was surprised that 4 x expensive pad had such weakness compared to the stock pads. Thanks guys. Price was cheapest as long as you can comfortable doing the repair on your own. Required soldering experience and delicate assembly.

I made the difficult choice to undergo surgery after the reading about people's positive feedback online and a short reassuring chat at my local branch after been told I was suitable for laser eye surgery.

I then choose to attend a surgery consultation at the Glasgow office one week before my operation to put to bed any last minute doubts I had in a face to face conversation with my surgeon Dr David Teenan. I was offered to do this via the telephone instead but felt it was best to go to see my doctor.

On the day of my surgery, all staff at the Glasgow site are very professional which helped ease my nerves and made the whole thing go smoothly.

At the beginning of my op few anaesthetic eye drops was put into my eyes then I had a few simple things to do after opening them which was lying down still and comfortably on the operating table. I then had to move my head down in line with the machine and focus on the centre dot/light. The operation was very smooth and painless.

I found out that all patient's feel different after the treatment.
I felt my eye were watery and stinging for the first few hours which was a small amount of discomfort for such a great outcome.

To allow your eyes to heal properly, you can not rub them plus this helps prevent infection. I found this to be difficult in the first few hours not being about to rub my eyes because of they were watery and stinging. The only way to help this was by using the eye drops provided and painkillers.
