Usually really fast and good service, however, don’t purchase canned goods at the same time as boxed or bagged goods, because the shipping department has no idea how to pack things properly, and your bagged or boxed items will be crushed by the canned items. Just order heavy canned goods in a different order and you should be fine.

The shipping was fast but the packing wasn't good. One item (baking soda box) was crushed by the cans in the package, covering everything with baking soda, and rendering that baking soda box useless.
