I have been using the RingConn smart ring for awhile now. I really like and value the sleep apnea monitoring feature of the ring. It helps me to understand my sleep breathing and how I can make improvements. The ring is also great for all other sleep, exercise and health measurements. I recommend as a great smart ring.

I began to have issues with my Oura Ring 4 after having it just over one year. I contacted the support team a Oura and they were able to determine my ring had an issue with the battery. The ring was replaced free of charge even though it was no longer under warranty. There are not many companies who would stand behind their product like Oura did in this situation. I am very happy with the ring and the support I received.
