The person who helped me was very helpful and understood that my current situation was difficult as an older carer for my mother and the need for gentle support finding respite .

She was efficient, clear, patient and very supportive finding some respite places and helping me follow up. She was also very nice interacting with my mother and explaining how the process works, very professional.

The electric blanket is fantastic and easy to operate. The problem was the delivery- I selected the ordinary Australia Post which supposedly takes a few days. However, somewhere along the line my parcel was lost and it took nearly two weeks to sort it out between Aus Post and Kensington, who I am pleased responded to my email and assisted in locating my package. So I can say that customer support was also great!

The newer version of this phone is an improvement on the first model and has proven to be more user friendly. As my husband has Parkinson's, he finds it difficult to press buttons. However, this phone requires a much lighter touch enabling him to use it more easily. It is also easier to know when it is turned on as the sound and lights are clear enough for him to know. Also choosing the 10 number version has given us more options for contacting others when needed.

The only problem Area we have found is that when the lanyard is around his neck and he is not wearing a top with a pocket, it is very easy to accidentally dial if any pressure is put on it such as leaning or if in bed turning.

Other than that it is great, easier to handle phone.

I ordered a leg and arm exerciser to use while sitting. It was so easy to order over the Internet and delivery was free. It was delivered promptly and exceeded my expectations, it was well constructed, sturdy and reliable , as often these things can be made of cheap metal. Not this one, and the added bonus, it securely grips the floor while using and then folds up conveniently for storage. I would highly recommend this product and company for reliability.
