I can't decide if Telekom technician is so incompetent or deliberately install unnecessary equipment for 180,000 Ft (450 EUR) or both. The wifi/TV system works without those hyper expensive boxes. The next technician is more competent but loyal to the previous one, not changing anything.
How many customers are tricked to use unnecessary devices for how much money...

Hi Charlotte, thank you for the reply. I have contacted customer service 17 times this week and my case has been escalated 5 or 6 times. Everyone did have a look at my case but nobody solved it.
