Excellent service, professional technicians and perfect repairs everything I have used them.

The drivers have always been excellent, and this time the gas delivery was incredibly prompt, where in the past it’s felt last minute occasion, but I have never run out. I’d recommend Avanti.

We ordered some radiators but unfortunately they weren’t to our standard, so these were exchanged and the company was incredibly prompt in doing so (literally within 24hrs). However, since we have now declared we wish to return the radiators and be refunded, the 24 hour turnaround by DX Freight is no longer a factor, nor is the response to emails.

They said they sell 100s of radiators every day. Maybe we were unlucky? 🤷‍♂️

They’re aren’t designer but simply a good, solid radiator. We tried ‘designer’ radiators and had no confidence in their build quality. These have ticked all the boxes. Looking forward to a warm winter.

Phone arrived as described. However, I was concerned that the 7 working day dispatch date had overrun so I sent an email to customer support who never responded to my query. I was then panicking as to whether the iPhone would arrive for Xmas. It was only when I sent a 3rd email and declared I would cancel purchase via credit card provider is when I received an email from the courier (still nothing from quickfix) to say the phone was out for delivery. Poor feedback and no phone numbers to call which made me sceptical. To conclude, phone arrived on time and in good order. I would recommend more commitment to customer communication.

Great, but driver failed to call 30 mins before delivery and we were fortunate workmen at our property took the delivery.
