It looks great, fabulous, comprehensive cover, at a reasonable price. The website is kinda glitchy, providing different results, at different times, for the same input. Calling and buying is the safest bet. Illogically, replacing the activity pack with the extreme activity pack made my policy significantly cheaper. I'm very happy to have found Big Cat as no one else offers so much flexibility. Travel insurance is like taking a raincoat to the Sahara. You'll only know if it's waterproof when it rains. You can't really review a product you have not tried to use. I hope I never need to use it, but if I do I hope even more that they deliver what is promised without it being too painful.

Having being told that significant demolition works would be required to solve the issue of a burst pipe in my concrete floor I called Maintracts. Malcolm came to review the situation and provided a creative solution which avoided any demolition work and inconvenience.
The plumber he sent isolated the damaged pipes and had my heating and water supply back up and running in a few hours. Both Malcolm and his team adhered to Covid protocols and left my property spotless. Top marks!

I made a purchase on September 21st, money was taken from my account the same day and no goods have ever been sent. This is called stealing. If you have a supply issue then admit it and refund. In this case they seem to do this a lot so avoid.
