Tracking no : Z3DDQQ000214
Supplier sent 3 boxes. Tracking in XDP website shows the consignment was split at delivery depot. Received 2 boxes today . When called XDP they said 3rd box will be delivered tomorrow and by mistake they send 3rd box to another depot. If so not sure why tracking shows the consignment was split at depot? Also there was no prior communication that they are delivering part of the shipment.
Now I need to waste another day to take delivery of the 3rd box.
Hopeless service.
