Review of Doctor Care Anywhere
My company recently switched to AXA as healthcare provider, and we got AXA Dr At Hand with it which is Doctor Care Anywhere with a rebranded app.
So far, 8 emails and nearing 2 weeks of asking for help I've been unable to add my partner, who's on the AXA Policy, to my Dr Care Anywhere account.
This is the worst customer service experience I've witnessed from a healthcare company.
