Overall, the requirement for in-person facial recognition, even after using the itsme service, seems excessive to me and resulted in a loss of about two hours between the trip to and from the moving location. Therefore, I would give the service two stars for this reason.

Nevertheless, I was assisted by Alexander, whom I give 5 stars. Alexander speaks perfect English and French and works in customer service at Wavre. He was very professional and courteous, and informed me about the access procedures, making it much easier and quicker to understand the Shurgard app and the gate opening system, especially the storage facility's opening and closing times and any costs incurred if you remain locked inside the facility beyond the scheduled time.

The company provides up-to-date communications on order status and delivery. Recommended!
