WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! Read this before booking any services from this company.

Test booked and confirmation received. But on closer examination the link that was sent to monitor and track my day-2 test order was incorrect - and on openning the link showed the data for an unknown person. [DATA Breach]

Then I received emails to say the address provided was incorrect - but it was 100% correct.

Received an email from DHL to say the kit was on its way. A day later DHL said they could not deliver the kit as they did not have the correct address. Strange I checked the Bookfii site & the address was correct.

Contacted DHL for more detail they said the address contained only a flat number and a postcode, no other information. I ask the DHL counterpart if I could provide the missing information - DHL informed me only the sender could amend the address.

I contacted CTC support and said that they had to provide the full address (which I had provided in good time & checked to be correct). Explaining that only they could amend the address according to DHL.

Received a pointless email back saying they were experiencing some delays due to customers providing incomplete addresses. When actually it is CTC who are not providing DHL with the data that I had provided.

To cut a long story short - this is clearly at best an incompetent company - but it looks like they are actually scammers.

I have complained to:
gov(dot)uk/government/organisations/standards-and-testing-agency/about/complaints-procedure

..and advise you to do so also...I have also reported them to the Police anti-fraud hotline...hopefully they will be closed down & the Directors held to real account soon.

I ordered a Postal Test the test was waiting for me on arrival - so this scores as "Good". I did the test as per the instructions - so also "Good". However the instructions on what to do to return the test sample as written on the internet did not match with the material in the test kit - the instructions on the internet need to be updated and aligned with the items in the test kit for example to "Activate" the kit it was said you should enter the ref code on the test vial there was no possibility to enter this information hence I was unsure if I had correctly followed the instructions - score "Poor". When I tried calling the support telephone number it was never answered - I waited 1 hour in a queue whilst being assumed I was a valuable customer - "Poor". It then took about 4 days to get a test result "Poor". I would not use this service again.

An excellent service easy to use and reliable.

I was a bit unsure what to expect as I had read some less positive reviews after having booked....but for me the whole experience was good and the car we got far exceeded my expectations.

Well done ... I will definately book through Interrent again next time!
