When I went to claim compensation for a delayed flight I was directed to what I thought was part of the EasyJet website. Only after I had filled out all the requested information did I realize that I'd signed up with a law firm that was going to take a big chunk of the award I was due -- and that I couldn't cancel. I got my award fairly quickly, but after all the fees I received 165 euro from a 250 euro award. I would not have used Flightright if they had disclosed their fees up front.

I love that now you can choose whether to fill in the amount in dollars or in the other currency. Thanks!

Pickup and delivery were on time and it was amazingly fast. Stuff arrived without damage. And much better price than other services for a large, bulky box. Thank you!

I just received two very nice sweaters, and I'm very satisfied with them and with the fast shipping. However, I wish Aran Sweater Market would show reviews of individual garments rather than only reviews about the buying experience in general. I like hearing what other customers have to say about fit, color, and so on to help me make buying decisions. Also, it would be nice if the photos show the sweaters unbuttoned or unzipped as well as closed, so we can see how they fall. Luckily, the two sweaters I got look great whether they're closed or open, but I couldn't tell until I got them.

I love my Aran sweater, which arrived quickly and fits well. But I wish they had reviews of individual sweaters, which would be more helpful than these general reviews of the company.

The car was clean, the driver showed up 20 minutes early, and he got me to the airport in record time, despite traffic.
