The first shirt I received from them was honestly pretty disappointing. The print was very low quality (meaning the edges of the design were blurry). I reached out and let them know and within 24 hours they had made a new shirt and shipped it. The qualify difference was actually shocking, the new shirt looks so much better and they didn't charge me anything (or ask for a return). Their customer service was really great through the whole thing. I would absolutely buy from these guys again!!

Very fast shipping and sizing is spot on, but the image wasn't very clear and is already starting to wear off after being washed once.

Watch is gorgeous (ice cream 12), customer service was extremely quick to respond and helpful. I absolutely love the tool-free micro adjust, a feature of the watch that is not even advertised. Christopher Ward going above and beyond! Won't be my last CW!
